MTO (Made To Order) tumblers: These tumblers have a 5 to 6 week turn around time. Once they are completed I will email your tracking number and it will be shipped though USPS (Please see my shipping page for more information on shipping). When placing orders please make sure to double and triple check when personalizing an order because I am NOT responsible for any "type-o's" or "auto correct" or misspellings of names or words that are submitted with your order.

RTS (Ready To Ship) tumblers: These tumblers are one of a kind tumblers that I have complete artistic freedom with therefore, they will not have the option to be personalized. These tumblers I will not be recreating and will be released on a certain date and time. To keep up to date on release dates and themes, make sure that you follow me on my social media platforms where you also get to see some sneak peaks and previews ahead of time! These tumblers are on a first come first serve basis so may the odds be ever in your favor!

CUSTOM ORDERS: Custom tumblers are available but on a waiting list basis at this time. The current time to get your tumbler started is at an estimated 5 to 6 weeks then once your payment is received, the 5 to 6 week turn around time begins. I have been working hard to get my customs waiting list rolling so times have began to go quicker.

Due to the nature of my work, I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Changes to your orders may not be made after your order has been placed. You agree to this at checkout. This includes but is not limited to, shipping address change, name changes, personalization changes, etc. 

If you need anything at all once your order has been placed, please do not contact me through social media. To protect your privacy, Please do not inquire about your order through social media. Each tumbler is handmade, so no cup is EXACTLY the same! You will have a one-of-a-kind tumbler that sparkles just right! Due to the handmade nature of these tumblers, minor imperfections are sometimes unavoidable (specs of glitter). I make every effort to ensure that your cup is perfect before presenting it to you. The item you see pictured is to visualize what this item will look like once it is finished. Since all items are handmade by me, and due to the custom nature of the items, I will do my best to re-create the listed pictures. Every Tumbler is made with the highest quality Glitter, vinyl, and FDA Approved Food Safe Epoxy (Resin) that gives each tumbler high shine and a glass-like smoothness finish.
